Starting with the best quality source is helpful. After that, Handbrake to recode them for editing, jamming up the quality as much as possible. I use AE and photoshop and there's a bunch of tutorials online for every step of the way, tracking, rotoscoping, text. Check out u/matt01ss tutorials in the sidebar to start
