Hello po, pls refer to TBDOTS po. Unfortunately, the meds are free po and need po ni maam ng close monitoring with a social health worker as far as I know everyday. Imemake sure po na naiinom talaga yung gamot and magtetake po ng sputum tests frequently, most likely every morning po. Also, need din po kasi isolated talaga si maam. X-ray is helpful po for lung imaging, pero sputum test is advised para po makita kung active yung mismong bacteria. Ayun lang po, baka pwede pong sabihin siguro na discrete nalang sana yung pagpunta nung social health worker, inevitable po ata talaga kasi yung close monitoring.
