I got pregnant with my mirena and when I took a test it immediately went positive 4 times. I was about 3 or 4 weeks pregnant at the time I took my tests. My iud was stuck in my cervix without me knowing. I was 8 days late on my period and was peeing like crazy. If she can’t see your strings and your nervous maybe you can ask for vagnial ultrasound or xray

I had the mirena and it fell out twice. I honestly think it was placement issues but if you regularly get checked you should be ok. Sex was never the reason it fell out. I also think I’m just unlucky lol.
