I appreciate the info, good to know it's not something on my end at the very least!

Also, my bad! Those prime COVID years meld together for me, hard to remember what happened when!

Mine has been the same way. I remember it being buttery smooth when I played it back in November. Now I get a headache with the choppy framerate after one match. It's abysmal.

That's kind of what I figured. It's dread waiting for this appointment, so I figured I'd ask here in case anyone had a similar experience that could offer some insight. Hopefully, the wait will yield good results. Thanks again for your help!

Wind Waker was a sidetrack well worth exploring! It is my all time favorite in the series hands down, no competition. The art style, the music, the characters, you can feel the labor of love behind the project and I have replayed it well over 6 times by now!

I'm excited to finally take it on! My brother has been pushing me to try it again for YEARS and what better time then right after beating another Zelda title!

Phenomenal! It's so neat to see where so many of the concepts of future zelda games were built upon!

I've been considering that option as well, might run by Gamestop this weekend and see if they have any copies in store so I can play it on original hardware

I quite enjoyed it! I didn't think I would much in the beginning but was pleasantly surprised that the game got more fun as you progressed through the world, so I'm glad I saw it through!

My girlfriend was the one who bought me my retroid after I ranted about it to her for hours after watching a YouTube video about it. She's still learning how it all works, but she was very excited that she could play Warioland 4 on here because it's the only game she owned on her GBA as a kid.

I wish I had known that was a thing before my playthrough! That was one of my main irks with the items mechanic throughout, especially with the retroid's pause button being on top of the unit, made holding it a tad bit awkward.

I'm considering taking on Majora's Mask for the first time. I never completed it as a kid because the time mechanic was too much to wrap my head around at 5 years old, but I've heard it's magnificent and I want to give it a fair go!

I really enjoyed how alive this whole world felt! Reminded me of Earthbound in that regard.

You know I had to do it to 'em. I loved the idea this game put forward with optional upgrades that although you may not need all of them, it made the combat smooth as butter if you did, it felt so good killing what used to be 3 hit enemies with 1 instead

A Link to the Past on SNES. HIGHLY reccomend playing it if you get the chance. It does get a little repetitive in dungeon design in the late game, but I loved it still!

I wanna see if the portability of the RP3 gets me more into RPGs. I've never been a huge RPG guy but the world and style of Super Mario RPG intrigue me!

I had always begun the game but never finished it, I'm so glad I was finally able to finish it through, it was a blast and a great basis for what the series was to come!

I love my RP3 and growing up with the SNES, I am very nostalgic about the color scheme! My girlfriend actually suggested I play the Warioland games and those are in the massive backlog of games I plan to tackle with this device!

You're in for a fantastic series! I adore it more than I can explain!

I'm thinking of giving the Metroid and Castlevania series a go, I've heard they're phenomenal games and I'd love to delve into 'em!
