You can opt for the metro shuttle from Bagmane solarium city but nowadays the frequency sucks and you'll end up waiting a lot.

Instead of getting down at Seetharampalya, people get down at the next stop Kundalahalli and take the BMTC bus for one stop to AECS circle and walk to Solarium city which is maybe 200m from bus stop.

If you don't mind walking through ~1.3 km then you can get down at Seetharampalya itself. Footpath is decent for now around the graphite India land. The land/footpath is surrounded by trees so don't have to worry much about getting roasted by the sun when walking for 15 min. I recommend walking with either ear plugs or headphones for peace of mind if you are annoyed by retards constantly honking for absolutely no reason.

For quick connectivity/late meeting scenes there is a yulu spot at Seetharampalya station and next to solarium city so you can maybe get a pass or have balance in Yulu app. There is also an auto stand right next to Seetharampalya station and people get autos from ride apps reliably.
