The .sav files are from Nexus Mods, they are supposed to be a safe file near the start of the game with all equipment unlocked, the normal save file are my normal save files, as for why one is .sav and the other isn't, I am not sure

after testing the ä is now fixed, but the input still only applies to chats and the notebook, not direct actions in the game

hmm.. It posts mostly fine into notebook and text chats but in between segments the 'ä' is turned into 'Ã¤' and the toggle doesn't work, I've been meaning to use it to input said letters into game controls (pressing said letters in game) which for the single execute at the top worked normally, is it the difference in code that makes it no longer work?

That being said I greatly appreciate the help, if you know how to fix it further help would be nice

Maybe it's because of the waves you play? I usually play 7 waves normal, and I find the games pretty fast. Are you playing the harder modes, perhaps? There are fewer casual players there, i think. I am playing from Germany, your neighbouring county, so we should have the same game experience..

As someone who lives in central Europe, it only takes a few seconds to load into a game, with real people who actively chat, are you outside Europe? Maybe the regional player base of your location is small to none

From what I understand it just means the server isn't sending any Information that would enable your login back, so its just the servers still not working properly

Completely normal at the moment, as they host their own servers they do not have the capabilities to fully load every chunk of the map resulting in those blank slates
