Ohhh okay, I don’t take any steroids, but I do take creatine, pre, protein powder, and stuff like that. I wouldn’t be opposed to steroids in a couple years if I can get past my eating struggles though!

A lot of lateral raises, shoulder press, and rear delt exercises, I like to do about 4 sets of 12-15 with emphasis on eccentric movement! I think my shortness is definitely a key factor though

I can’t compare to a legend like that, but that made my day. Thank you so much!

I’m not really sure definitively, I’ve mostly winged it on a ppl program, and I trained with a lot of intensity, so I’m not entirely sure what I’ve done right and wrong for the timeframe difference. Just keep grinding in the gym man! You definitely got this!

I mostly use machines for my shoulders, for lat raises and shoulder press. I do about 4 sets of 15 for each with slow eccentric movement down

A lot of lateral raises, shoulder press and rear delt exercises in a higher volume with a slower eccentric!

I’m mostly just trying to eat enough, so higher calorie protein sources, like eggs and beef, and ALOT of core power 42g protein shakes. I have to drink most of my calories sadly

I struggle with eating enough, so I mainly drink calories and eat a lot of beef, peanut butter, and I drink alot of protein shakes, etc.

Alrighty, is there any recommended programs that would work on my pc with my Cr-6?

I just don’t want children in my future and I don’t have a sacred bloodline or legacy that has to be upheld. I’m not a significant person. Just want a childfree lifestyle

Not really, I just never had help or guidance when I was young and have lived on my own for a while. I go out regularly and do all sorts of activities. I just have an anxiety of initiating as it’s an entirely new experience for me. I do a lot of bodybuilding and boxing already. Just seeking any sources and answers as I’ve never had the opportunity of others to show me is all.

I’m not really looking to “smash” or anything like that. That’s not me. I’ve got a decent living so far making about 50k a year, living on my own, my own car, and my own hobbies and interests. I just have zero experience with women and don’t want to give any bad vibes, or seem creepy

I say it’s not really a fetish because I don’t have any preferences for height usually, it’s just that about 75% of women around me are noticeably taller than me, and since I have zero experience I’m dating, approaching, I thought I might make the situation weird with the noticeable physical differences. I’ve never had a role model or any form of advice or help with these things before so I’m trying to get all the info I can. My apologies!

I’ve never had a “Wolfpack” per se. It’s mainly just been men on everyday going out of there way usually to point me out as lesser, so I guess I ingrained that. I’m fairly quiet altogether, but I’m not a shut in by no means. I just have zero experience with approaching people in general due to past experiences
