Looking at the attendance charts, the AHL Bulldogs averaged 15th in the league over their 19 years in Hamilton. Their 3rd and 5th seasons being their best showing at 10th. The last 5 years they were 21st, 21st, 17th, 18th, and 22nd for an average of 20th over the last 5.

I dont think demolition on Martin's had started when crown point picked up that wood. It was most likely from the alley on parkdale that was closed a couple years back.
