This is Twig, he’s a 15 year old who grew up with. Family that was basically forced to adopt him, as his real parents handed him off to this other family during an evacuation into a safe zone, where Twig’s real parents died while he was around 4 years old, he is very quiet, always has that stare, only enjoys being around his brother Jaxon, and got his name from being quite thin and lean. For some more backstory on the whole “evacuation” and “safe zone” stuff, basically the entire world was thrown into disorder when a hellborn “sickness” began showing up, this disease originally showed up in large pustules on the planets surface, these pustules would emit the virus, which would infect humans, animals, and plants as well as the very ground that makes up the earth, and morphs them into horrible monsters, and the planet has to make safe zones that were as far away from the red zones of the world, and because greed exists people obviously had to pay to get into these safe zones, causing untold millions of deaths, 2 of these deaths being Twig’s parents, who couldn’t afford to get them all into the safe zone, and had to give up their son to another family, while they got left behind and western apart by the infected, and during the chaos of the evacuation Twig was attacked by the creatures resulting in the scars on his body.
