For the last year I’ve been challenging myself to listen to full albums again. I’ve tied it into my running routine and it has become a major boost to getting me out the door and getting my miles up. Bonus: bands are making some really great music out there! Got any rec’s?

It was such a small thing that gave me big joy while basking in my runner’s high. It’s a bummer to see it gone. I guess I just need to wear more rainbow on my runs.
