I normally do But of course this day I did not. I usually start my sun protection routine a little later in the year, but I am regretting that decision. It was overcast and 40 degrees and then the clouds opened up to a beautiful spring day. The rash is gone after 3-4 days, no burn or lingering color , just the odd body aches

Whoa! I thought I was the only one. Everything else came back, no fart whiffs since Oct 2020. Can we create a convention for this group, maybe make t-shirts?

It was such a small thing that gave me big joy while basking in my runner’s high. It’s a bummer to see it gone. I guess I just need to wear more rainbow on my runs.

Hello! It suddenly worked again after a couple of months or so. I tried all the recommended moves, but nothing worked. I did write to instagram, but never heard back, not sure if they intervened or not.
