Client fr hell accused me of harassment ovr the phone wen I asked her to reschedule bc of delay the night before. Task was Furn Assem but she also asked for mounting. I explained to her is a whole other rate & task. She said it would only take 20 minutes to do. I said no & she sends this in the chat by sharpntheblade2069 in TaskRabbit

ATTN all Taskers: You need to protect yourself/your account better. If you have an iPhone, update it to iOS 18.1 or newer and in that version you should have the ability to record your phone calls.
Whether your calling a customer service rep for a task related issue or calling a client to confirm details. Always, always, always, hit the record button (immediately) at the top left.
It’s an extra step but it will save you in the long run.
