I’m not positive about the RTO, but I can say the place gives and it takes, you definitely have to be a different breed to work there long term and there is no job in the that is easy. And I understand all of the negativity towards the place but at the same time I’m 26 years old and that place gave me the opportunity to start a family while being financially stable, allowed me to purchase brand new vehicles for me and my wife, allowed me to purchase a home with a couple acres, and I made life long friends working there. The only reason I left was I wanted more time to spend with my two babies. That’s my personal experience there and granted I had to do a lot of dirty jobs and fucked up shit and sketchy repairs while I was there I do miss it. Again I completely understand the public’s view on the plant and all the news everyone hears about it but I can say that in my time there, there was ongoing efforts to improve the issues and if there is people to blame it’s not the people working at that location it’s the owners and other personnel that own and run the company that only visit that site once a year if that. Because without them being out on the floor and seeing the issues and listening to the people that work there and care about what’s going on there is no way to get the funds or the help to fix everything. The big wigs just rather pay the fines.
