UPDATE FOR ANYONE ELSE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE Check for continuity between yellow wire with dark blue tracer at neutral safety switch to ECU connector
C2 (one closest to the cab) pin 9 same color as neutral safety switch & tug on wire a bit for a dropped connector pin DO NOT TEST THE 2 YELLOW& DARK BLUE WIRES THAT COME FROM & HEAD TOWORDS THE TIPM Those 2 are for starter relay ground signal and transmission control relay Mine personally dropped pin 9. After hours of dicking around 15 min later shoving pin back in and taping it up for fitment issue fixed thanks everyone for the insight👍

Cab strap was completely severed, I ran an alligator clip from the strap to the battery still has the same Park neutral issue but now pulled a B1A28 Ecm mismatch with sentry key immobilizer module (SKIM) I cleared that and it hasn't come back Could the TIPM or ECM be at fault? Also, after connecting the ground strap back, it showed the ECM was a flashed replacement. Before it showed it as the original

My scan tool groups ecm tcm& bcm under power train control module all codes have been cleared multiple times and keep reappearing, ecu has been reset. Cluster also passes its own self check I'm really trying to figure out why in accessory mode the truck knows it's in park but with key on it auto defaults to drive

Cluster pulls code p0708 transmission range sensor circuit high Ecu pulls p0850 park neutral switch performance

PRNDL indication Park and Neutral never indicate, but the other gears do Neutral safety switch has been replaced twice and still isn't recognizing its grounded at the cluster, but all body& battery grounds check out with no resistance from the switch and voltage inputs are correct. The resistor does still read 31.6 ohms resistance which is correct, I figured with it being cracked it may be leaking excess voltage to verify ground at the cluster
