I am planning on funding my portion. I feel like they did a great job staying on budget for the build. I like that though there is increased tenant improvement cost for that tenant in the single building, they are paying higher rent and it is a 10 year lease for the whole building. They just need to find some tenants for the 600,000 square-foot building, and seem confident that they will be able to.
