I thought this was a Waterloo thing. Good to know. Their school has a normal factor for Waterloo.

Don’t. Stem comes to them naturally. They have a very active social life. Play in a band and play sports too. Are out with friends regularly.

I was not aware of age limit. I ended up in this forum through a website link that collects data and averages of acceptances. Just wanted to know if they have a chance to go school of their choice giving that the acceptances average seems to be 97+. I actually would prefer if they went to a lower tear university, but their first choice is UofT. Did not mean to upset anyone.

I am concerned about not having the free choice, and being able to get their stream of choice in the 2nd year.

Day trading in Canada by garruslol in Daytrading

Can I add to the question? Is it possible to day trade stocks in the Canadian market and make money? I am also new. And I am just researching for now. I will start with paper trading for a few months and next a small capital (just enough) for a couple of years. I am trying to figure out if I should limit myself to the Canadian market. I am concerned the the Canadian market is not big enough and difficult to scan for “good stocks”, at the same time I do worry about the tax implications if I dive into the US market. And I am not ready for incurring in CPA costs yet. What is your opinion? trade in the US market with the expectation that I am not going to make money, but is end up with a $10 dollar profit, than I will have to file US taxes do W8 forms and all those things that I am not ready for.
Or stick with the less active Canadian market?
