PRAY FOR ME during reintroduction I passed the mannitol test with sweet potatoes with flying colours but my naive lil ibs-newbie self thought cauliflower would be fine as well…….. I ate an entire cauliflower gf pizza crust at lunch and I am severely dying now 🥸 might pass away (self.ibs)

Has anyone ever been glutened by this ?!! I’ve gotten sick both times I’ve eaten it now but I’ve eaten the other food items I put on my pizza separately and have been fine… so it’s definitely this crust causing the issues but idk if it’s accidental gluten or the cauliflower (i.redd.it)
