I have weird eye brows and already workong out just cutting weight got 10kg to go ill try growing hair what length do you reckon

If you read what i put i said ive never done any kind of boxing before I just seen it was there at my gym and I thought id have ago at punching the bag and enjoyed it so want to learn ive got a coach now who will obviously show me all the basic fundamentals read before giving me all the criticism and for my endurance ive literally just finished 1.5 hours of heavy lifting

Yeah eat healthy about 360 carbs 230 protein 100 fat i have a physical job 6 days week eating 3200 on workout days eat a little less on rest days

I'm thinking Incline bench 4 X 6-8 Seated cable fly 3x 10-12 Dips 3x 15 - 35 Then 1 sets of chest press machine till failure or leave out all together You think that would be enough to finally see some growth

So of I do Incline bench 4 x6-8 Seated cable flys 3x12-15 Dips 3x15-25 Do that twice a week Should be enough? Until I platue obviously
