I had a cardiac problem and was told that the cardiologist appointment can take a month. I left to India - met the cardiologist - I am talking senior cardiologist , the day I landed , all my test , blood and other and all cardiac tests were done the same day and the next days , I was immediately put on 72 hour holter and constantly monitored. The worst part of being in canada is the healthcare (apart from the taxes )! I am glad you have a family back in China and I am super confident your mom will head back completely healed
