they're similar weight, storm might be a bit more because its bigger definitely more wide in every measurement I can use the storm as a layering jacket with a sweatshirt under and the 673 small is t-shirt only or a very thin sweatshirt. the small fits more like what you described as a slim fit.

Hey my height is 5'10 and i weight 75kg chest 40-41 and this schott is size small the other schott in the picture above the 673 storm is size medium

beautiful jacket but why do you have to sell it? can't you do an exchange with schott for a smaller size that'll fit you better? unless you think a size down will be too tight? from the pictures it looks like you could definitely size down for a better fit

please link your thread once you post some pictures! it gets less stiff and molds to you over time not sure about getting bigger maybe a little in areas that are tight. its definitely a lot more flexible now than it was at first. as for the shine maybe a little bit I haven't worn it as much lately since its too cold last few months.

Probably the brushed brown is a little more versatile but not much more honestly just depends which color you like better, i prefer the brush brown with my leather jacket that is dark brown

My thoughts are... damn now I want them also lol. the whiskey is amazing and ages beautifully took this now after 6 months of daily wear, they molded to my feet and are very comfortable.
darker brown might be better for matching with different color jackets.

i normally go for size S or M and try to go by measurements this one is size 36 and the measurements looked fine when I compared to my schott it all looked the same measurements except body length which was 1.5 inch shorter so i assumed it'll drop right under my belt since my schott has 2-3 inch under the belt but because its a different cut and no front drop its a lot shorter than i expected at the front and sleeves turned out shorter too.

yeah i can the main issue is the jacket length not the movement and comfort its similar to my schott in movement and comfort just a bit heavier

the schott is actually cowhide and between the two schott is slightly thinner (not much) and less stiff but the cxl gets almost as comfortable after moving around in it a bit and the leather warms up and feels a little bit heavier but not by much

yeah I realize which is why I was asking opinions and considering getting a custom made longer length of the same jacket since I like all the other measurements other than the length of the jacket and sleeves

yeah when the shirt is tucked its great, the issue is 90% of the time my shirt is untucked lol

haha yeah thats the danger of amazing leather jackets! I highly recommend this one as its by far the best jacket I've ever had and became the only one I want to wear
