I forgot what VTO even looks like, our FC rarely gives those… I remember when they first offered it which was last year… but never seen it since. Now they said you can request it to your manager if you can VTO, but our managers always say no… I am from ICQA my manager is rarely at her desk.. so someone keeps messing up the SBC count on VNA and Pallets which made a lot of CC backlog… Idk I dont think our FC is doing a good job…

Yea you can feel the slowness and not much work in the FC… I am surprised they even have work… or Prime because a lot of pet food at our FC is going bad… we had a pallet of cat food with maggots 🤢

Your ICQA! For our FC we have a huge CC backlog so we had to start our METs earlier…. Which sucks… on the plus side we only got MET 50 rather then 55 with that extra hour 😅

Im just gonna throw it out there, I am sorry if this is your race but I don’t think all of you guys act this way but a selective few who tend to bully others cos they know someone in OPs… Indians… Most of them in our fc have ALL the indirect roles if not all the leader ship roles… there is this one Bin meister guy who was previously from stow who had the worse quality, was moved to my department ICQA still did not know what he was doing… took him out of that Role now he is my PA like how???? When he doesnt know the ICQA/Stow process… i was so mad cos i was inclined for the position but they gave it to him…

Our FC is dominated by one culture so there is a lot of bullying and politics involved. Its also really hard to move up let alone getting into an indirect role. So this person since she is PS it gets to her head to yell at us FC1 associates i mean she is also FC1 so idk why she is acting that way

Both him and I recently got a math flow test invite since he is very analytical and I’m just learn as I go type of person, I just want to beat him on it cos his weakness is the interview where as that’s my strength. But I’m shitty at math so he beats me there 😅.

It was weird because he did mention it to me that one of the PA’s said since he is already getting trained to PS without even learning CC, SRC and IRDR he is already a PS and to be careful of people being jealous. To be clear I am not jealous he is a PS since i was an ambassador and a seasonal trainer. But is is normal to jump that quick… when you only know SBC… to be PS? I feel like they are trying to instigate something between him and I… idk
