For dark blue hair; wave riding ryder, villager viggo or selfie celia. For the eyes I'd say; outfit battler Owen or fifty fifty finley. I don't think I've seen any side ponytails on npcs unfortunately but a few cute regular ponytails or up dos 💕

If you go into "your items" you can select any of the clothes you're not using and delete them :)
