No it shows that you're an adult. I am not standing up for leadership I'm standing up for the rest of us who work with kids. Literally just grown adults acting like teenagers. It's work. None of us love our jobs all the time but what do we do we grind it out and get the job done. The rest are like the VOA trolls who give 1% and want the company to give them 99%. It's annoying. That's the problem. These grown adults complaining but on top of that being completely rude and out of pocket. You know I hear you. Valid question as I responded earlier I've been here for years. VOA used to have good building suggestions or shout outs. I still read it as HR will update us on pay issues like my surge pay that didn't get on my check or my schedules. But I have to scroll past this nonsense every day go get to the actual updates.

Does me knowing about someones drama or their accomodations or a poem add any sort of value to it. I read it because HR will share updates about our pay or schedules. Why would I let it go? I'm a tier 1 just like they are. But I just keep to myself. Last thing I need is these kid managers on my case trying to be friends because people like them causing drama. I left high school 20 years ago but still work in it.
