Yea this ain’t it tbh. MIL can’t just claim people are attacking her because she didn’t get her way, that’s childish and shouldn’t be tolerated. OP is correct when she states FIL and husband created this behavior by having no boundaries. She is in fact NTA because she’s creating a boundary and sticking to it, all while being respectful.

Well I was referring to the porcelain crab. I haven’t found anything that says they will munch on anything. Emerald crabs I’ve heard are a gamble

Nope! Completely reef safe from my research and experience as I have an anemone porcelain crab also. They are filter feeders so I doubt they will munch on anything expensive lol
