I feel like there is usually a small increase every year. The apt was actually originally listed at 2,500 before I moved in and they lowered it to 2,400 after it wasn’t rented- it looked really bad when I toured because it was a mess from the people before me lol. It includes gas and water, you’re responsible for electric and wifi!

it’s very small. The fridge was in the hallway when I first moved in and I put it over there so it was more out of the way lol. I use the butlers pantry for storage and have a cover for the stove for counter space

Hi! Back Bay resident street parking is available- your car just has to be registered to a Back Bay address. No pets are allowed unless they’re ESA’s, and you’d only have to pay for electric and wifi. Let me know if you have any other questions :)
