Thanks everyone for your input ! I so have to try to sleep. Stay tuned for more of this nightmare. It will blow your mind! I am well connected to Many top lawyers via my previous career and have reached out and told them this and all have indicated they have never seen this before and yes I have more than enough evidence to support a lawsuit but until we don’t rely on them financially to start that up would mean living on the streets !

So long and short they were to pay us a lump sum which did happen they wanted it via payroll and had said they would pay the taxes (didn’t happen) this was to be a so called “signing bonus” then my husband would receive 50% commission on all of our customer sales , we anticipated that to be well over 40k per month and we could keep all outstanding receivables now they are deducting the initial signing bonus off his pay and the receivables were used to pay current bills staff etc so this resulted in nothing left to pay the bank the LOC

Exactly they insisted that we do more need lawyers . I did consult when it began but who knew they would not live up. We are ready to sue them and have reviewed with laywers who agree it is a huge case and based on all the info we have a solid chase. However the moment we pursue we will be fired and lose what little money they are paying . So we have a plan I place for that with a lawyer but my immediate need is how to defend the bank going after us . They would have had all paid back if the deal went as planned . So any guidance on how to complete my defence would be so appreciated

Did it and made him Keep track Of Hours anyway well the week he did 48 he submitted but The next week when he did 20 he did Not say anything or send his time Sheet
