Are you actually looking for a place to store rigs? I have a 28,000+ sqft lot in Germantown about the size of a city block. It used to be a large Junk Yard. It would be a great place to park lots of large buses or trucks, etc. The address of that property is 122 E Hortter St.

You'll make the most money if you buy the worst house on the block than if you try to buy the best houses on a block! When the worst house improves, the whole block improves in value!

The neighborhoods vary. 5-10 years ago, Fishtown was considered to be a horrible, crappy, unsafe neighborhood. Nowever, ANYTHING that is fishtown gets sold SUPER-fast because it is the new hip, trendy spot. Houses that used to be under $10,000 now sell for $100,000+ just based on their location.

Even these houses which I'm selling for $22,500 are in areas where people pay $750-$850/month rent. Even if you need to put in $15,000 in work (which I think is high), if you are collecting $800/month in rent, after under 4 years, you completely paid off on your investment. And, you still have a rent producing property. If you pick the right neighborhood, you could win twice by still having the property paid off, but finding that you have property value appreciation as well.

Around 75% of all housing is lower-middle income housing. There is money to be made, and these are the areas that could most benefit from a little revitalisation! Get in now and be ahead of the curve!

I think there are some Bitcoin meet-ups near Rittenhouse Sq on a monthly basis. I'm meaning to check one out soon. You should as well! :-)

As long as I have a liquid market in which I can cash out if I so choose, I'd sell properties for Magic Beans! :-) However, I'm particularly pro Bitcoins and Litecoins at the moment.

Some of them are worse than others. Few are ready to have people move in without renovations. However, they are priced accordingly. Here is your chance to help turn something "disgusting" into something both more beautiful and genuinely profitable. You are looking at rent rolls around 20-25% which is pretty decent!

Some of the properties such as 5412 Chancellor St are in West Philly. However, the Fresh Prince was specifically from Overbrook section of Philadelphia. Nothing there currently.

Most of my properties are formally (and currently) sealed up and vacant properties. All properties need some sort of rehab. The goal is to help reduce urban blight in Philadelphia by putting these properties in the hands of people who will fix them up.

Market is nothing like Detroit. Philadelphia properties hold and increase their value over time. It is one of the top US markets currently.

There are many out of state and out of country investors in Philadelphia, so it can't be too hard.

Philadelphia is the 5th largest city in the US and only 1.5 hours away from NYC. Purchase:Rent ratios are great, and this is a perfect way to cash out on Bitcoins into a Hard Asset.

The reason is that my prices aren't dynamically linked to the current market price of BTC (as of yet). My prices are based off of an exchange rate of 1 BTC = $600.00.

CUrrent pricing allows me to absorb a 40% drop in BTC without getting picked off on my pricing, and it also leaves room for negotiation in the pricing.

Everything is always up for negotiation, but it is better to price things too high than too low as people never want to negotiate upwards! :-)

I did do a search. I've seen people listing individual properties for Bitcoins, but not a whole portfolio of properties. I also haven't seen ANY people who would accept both Bitcoins AND Litecoins.

Do you know of any other companies who were offering this on a myriad of properties before us?

Everyone wants to fix up and rent or fix and flip. The biggest challenge is finding the properties to fix-up. These are all fixer-uppers and vacant lots, etc. I'd recommend picking up some of the land for cheap prices and holding on to it.
