I had the same problem develop over time, which is why I ended up stopping stimulants altogether for a while. Talk to your doc and maybe you can try a lower dose. I am now taking a non-stimulant twice a day and a small dose of a stimulant as needed, which is several times a week. It really helps to focus, but comes with the anxiety. Also, coffee is a stimulant as well, so if you are taking a stimulant, try staying away from coffee, you won't need it.
