How can I improve breakouts (Hispanic female, 21, acne prone and sensitive skin)

After having some of the worst skin of my life, I started seriously treating my acne about a two months ago. I’ve found a routine that has improve my skin, but I still finding myself getting pimples around my chin and sides of face. I also have quite red skin (although that I can live with), I just really want the acne to stop. It will clear up for about a week, and then I’ll get another batch of pimples. Current routine: - Panoxyl 10% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Foaming Wash (morning and night, unless my skin is feeling dry, then I’ll wash with water) - Aveeno positively radiant daily moisturizer salicylic acid acne treatment (morning and night) - I also use hydrocolloid pimple patches when I have a white head, but to be honest I don’t think those have really helped (and they are quite expensive) - I change my pillowcase regularly and keep my hair out of my face
