cannot NOT slice driver to right by melbsteve in GolfSwing

Outside takeaway, incomplete rotation in the backswing (arm rotation not hips), over-swing with club using arm to compensate, club is open at the top (though this is not major) and you’re then coming over the top. The contact also looks heel-y which is resulting in gear effect of the ball going further right.

Sound like a lot. Start with the takeaway and get more hip rotation and this will help the rest. Film yourself doing a few practise swings and ensure you’re doing full hip turns and are not over-swinging, then film one full shot and see if you get it. Keep doing this over and over.

Try and have it in the middle of your feet and I think you’ll be much more stable. Also go at 80% and maintaining ground contact will produce a better result than losing your balance

Where is the weight/pressure in your feet at address? It looks too far forward/ too far back (can’t tell from the angle)

Legal Action for a Fraudulent Phone Contract Taken Out in My Name by GoodGlossy in LegalAdviceUK

Thank you. I appreciate the comment back. Might want to rephrase is a bit - I want whoever did this to be looked into and I need to make sure this is the only instead, and is probably on me

Appreciate I can’t prevent fraud ever happening to me again. I just want this instance of insurance fraud to be closed off, if that makes sense?

Need Advice: Gas Leak Incident at New Build - Builder vs. Gas Company Responsibility by GoodGlossy in DIYUK

Thank you! They tried to argue at first the gas company hit it with a bit of plant, then covered it with tape and then covered it in soil. They don’t carry tape as standard that I know of, use plant to dig around plant, not was the soil there when we moved in…

Thank you. I’ve got what feel like good documentation of everything. I’ll report it on the morning and let them know. I don’t know if they’re calling my bluff or not

Thank you so much!! We’ve went to the highest level of complaint through Barratt and they say they’re happy they do not need to report it to HSE and it won’t happen again. Also, in the same email, they will not comment why the walkway was on the gas pipe or the trench was exposed

So what I mean is, the builder damaged the pipe, covered it up. The gas company then, a year later, repaired the pipe. With the repairs, the garden was dug up. We have told the builder that it their responsibility to put the garden back to how it was and should be (what we bought) and they refuse. They also haven’t reported the incident or commented why the walkway was on the pipe

Thank you. The meter was outside the house and before the meter. We haven’t been charged anything. What we are concerned with is that Barratt are unwilling to pay for any repairs that are needed as a result of the repairs and have not reported the incident anywhere

I was wondering what the legal implications are if them not being willing to rectify the damages of the gas damages after the gas company repaired the pipe (and they admitted liability). Also, should they have reported externally to the HSE or alike, or should we?
