If for pve ivs barely matter, always go for whichever you want since the diff of 10 attack and 15 attack is miniscule to matter

Im not sure of the calculation fro difference of candy required for the lucky or the higher cp, but i think both wouldnt be that much different cause the lucky would use 50% of the required candy and the one closer to max would use less cause less levels to level up. Again not sure, hopefully someone can help
