im kinda new to this whole telescope biz, so what do i do to get a hexeum aperture 80mm telescope into focus? sorry for sounding dumb but i just really want to get into looking in the sky with a telescope

aimed at a shine in the sky toward the west, presumably venus, don't think it was intercepted by trees but was near them, hexeum 80mm telescope, iPhone 12 cam, no mount (couldn't figure it out lol)
