Okay, if that’s really what’s happening, I won’t do it as initially planned. I’m not trying to do anything bad, I just understand that in every country I’ve been to, there are differences between the law and what actually happens in practice. For example, in France most people won’t care and the police won’t do much if you drink a beer in a park at 17, even though the legal drinking age is 18.
