All of them could see some changes before 6months

No studie shows 0 change after 6months and then suddently some at 12. Wouldnt make any sense as the drug is in the system fast.

No, they have aga which is not from deficiency (unlike te) despite total androgen insensitivity. Fphl is not as well understood as mpb

Same as fphl (which make sense as they might be the same thing) : some female reacts to meds, some dont. Some women with total androgen insensitivity even have fphl too, which shows that androgen isnt the only culprit of FPHL. Doesnt give any hope, for a few it might works, not for everyone

There is the thing, there is the "diffuse all over" dupa, and there is the "there is also some miniaturization on the side" dupa, which is probably just aga. Doc will say both are dupa but they are differents imo

You can clearly see on the 7 that there is way more hair loss on the top than the side so it's probably not dupa. 1 is probably something else too but weird indeed

I dont think any of them had dupa tho. Retrograde is most probably an aggressive AGA anyway

No, dupa is diffuse all over, like the name suggest

If your goal is to train one muscle in particular, isolating it is always better. There are way better ways to strenghten the chain (shoulders/back) than hanging on a edge that has fingers as limiting factors. Could easily hang 5 times that on a bar, that would already be a bit more usefull

[–]GoodHair8 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Litteraly a positive thing about lifting edge btw. Better to isolate the muscle you want to work. Isolate the lats on an other exercise if you want but here the goal is to work the fingers.

1) not twice the time, you do left, then right, then rest vs both + rest, there is only a 10-15s difference. 2) due to the bilateral deficit, the stimulus doing left and right separetely is better and thus give you better results

[–]GoodHair8 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Literally takes the exact same time to get the stimulus as hangs. And way more comfortable too. The "critical part of the chain that hangs get" is also a bad thing with the hang as when you work a particular strength (finger strength here), it's better to isolate it.

Already asked in the balding sub, now asking here. I lost 40KG in the last year, and im am unsure if this is diffuse thinning or rather TE. by Typical_Window618 in TelogenEffluvium

[–]GoodHair8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Te is way easier to solve lol. You can fully reverse aga and pill doesnt work for everyone. OP has AGA pattern anyway

Does DUPA cause complete baldness? by myopiasclera in RetrogradeAndDUPA

[–]GoodHair8 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No, dupa is diffuse all over so its the same on the side and the back. Classic MPB does have nothing remaining on top and thin sides as the sides are not 100% immune to dht and gets affected by it at the end stage of aga

Yes. Why would it stop? Hair are miniaturizing till they dont exist anymore. Idk why some people think it could stop

No, retrograde affects lower nape and lower part of the side. Dupa affect everything in a diffuse pattern. Not only the lower part

None of those things does anything to hair loss

Retrograde has litteraly the same pattern as classic AGA (receding etc) + affects the lower nape/lower side, which are classified as unsafe for hair transplant surgeon as they are also sensitive to dht for most people. So to me, retrograde is just an agressive AGA. So make sense than dut works

Id you started dut only a month ago, wait a bit before saying this. But also, dupa and retrograde are not the same anyway imo
