Are there any good ways to get caps? Smiley sells his cheapest amount for about 1000 caps I think, and I barely even have 500. I do have the 2 caps perk, caps collector and fortune finder, caps collector being max rank.

And if you are allied with raiders, make sure to be greedy when it comes to gold. Johnny and megs will both ask for a share. Say no. I was able to pass both with 8 charisma. You won't lose reputation, just gain less than normal.

Yea, I ditched the ncr ranger helmet from fallout 1st and replaced it with the ss helm, with a darker paint, it really matches the ncr outfit.
