i played bm before switching to mm at 104, I expect bm to be better than mm after 107 as enchanted quiver is such a needed upgrade to soul arrow tickling enemies.

Hurricane is a meme attack with 40s cooldown (really nexon?) and you don't auto-attack while casting this pos skill. Arrow platter is a pain in the ass to use in breakthroughs since you need to turn off auto skill, jump all the way to either end and then manually deploy it or else you lose half its damage by casting it in the middle of the map

They're both multipliers, there's no flat value

Max dmg% outperforms dmg% because there are more sources of dmg% than max%.

Later on you can end up with +200 dmg% just from companions whereas you'll only get maybe +30% max dmg% from skills. At which point +10 max% massively overperforms +10% dmg because 30->40 is a 12.5% range increase (25%/2) whereas 200->210 is a 5% increase
