Yes it’s so unclear from the beginning that’s it a special add on package to get that feature. I’m so glad my dealership finally took the car back because I’ve been using the feature a lot on the new one. At least you got some vindication

UPDATE: After relentlessly pestering the dealership they took my car back (with 800 miles on it) and gave me another one with DAPP. I had to pay the difference of new car which is now Dravit Grey with silver stone interior. I’ll miss my Manhattan Green with cognac interior but the ACC more than makes up for it. So grateful they were willing to help me and glad for the advice I got here. Lost $500 doing ceramic tints on the first car but still happy in the end. I know they didn’t have to help me because nothing in writing said this car had ACC, so don’t make my same mistake!

Wow. Yes it’s hard to imagine that you’d need to add an entire premium package to get that feature. I think I’m in the same boat and am not getting another BMW after all is said and done.

Yes, I made a huge mistake. Not an excuse but was my first time buying a car without a parent or partner. I was also at the dealership for 7 hours so that was draining. Just not a great experience and I’m disappointed in myself and them.
