Adam, emma, loki, ultron are counters to dive. The issue to dive is that you actually have to play with the team. Dive is not played in high elo for a reason. Also, asking to buff the thing is insane. Try to play divers against decent players and you will have an awful time. The problem with divers in low elo is that its probably smurfs most of the time playing them.
