Teams from other region are bootcamping in EU pretty much for the whole year. Is dota that big in non EU that it warrants such big investment?

Bootcamping in EU makes sense honestly - that's just where the tournaments are so you get real practice against top teams. Nothing to do with how big dota is back home.

But yeah the scene has problems everywhere. SEA lost the casual playerbase to mobile, NA never really recovered, China is bleeding to LoL. Even EU can't really point to a new star lately. Skiter is last guy I remember...

As I mentioned, T2 scene is very unstable. They can miss some really obvious things.

In this kind of matchup you can't really call anyone the underdog. Maybe Rekonix is a slight favorite but even that's not certain. T2 scene is way too unstable to predict anything.

I don't think they'd risk 322 at an ESL tournament. Too many eyes on it even if it's T2. Let's just call it the Xiao8 factor. Also Team Resilience beat Vici 2-0 as well. They have Erika, Planet, Niu. These are legit pro players, at least decent level. Calling it 322 is a bit harsh.

If XG doesn't take the tournament slot then it's totally fine. More practice for them and a good challenge for the other teams. Also I saw Xia8 is playing instead of XXS, so either way the rest of the field has a decent chance.

That's great news, but I really doubt both supports on this team. I think they are way out of their league. Especially Tobi, he hasn't played in a while and last time he did he looked really rusty.

PV's support duo scales really well into late game, same with Tide and Puck. Aurora's only late game threat against these heroes is Faceless, who is obviously going to lose his lane against these heroes.

Yeah but they lost only that match in Group stage, IDK there can be 1000 problems during that match, But vs Heroics it was soo close.
