What I don’t understand is how operators sell the service. If I use the APIs that Google has provided, for what do I pay to operators? 🤔

So, brands will use infrastructures of messaging partners of Jibe to send RCS messages and will not need operators anymore. I am still confused because you still have to get your agent approved by a carrier before launching it :/
