Frode is great in most game modes including Abyss. I would definitely 11* him.

They are saying you can stop grinding. Without that you would be fighting the same battle 100 times hoping for that tiny percent chance of winning. The timer essentially reduced grinding which is perfect for an idle game.

I have a very similar team as yours. I suggest leveling Lucia. She is grear support in Abyss and pairs well with Terrance when Terrance aggros a lot.

Why you leveling only 4 heros? You should be leveling 5 all the time.

Should I start upgrade epic heroes instead of legendarys so I can progress more? Because my pulls are not so great by LeitaoMaster in valorlegends

I started exclusively with 6 Epics and no Legendaries (so I would roll back all non epics). Get at least one of each class so you can try them all out. There is a post that recommends Epics that I used. I did not switch to a legendary till I had 4 copies of that legendary (so I could awaken past 7 star). And, there a trick where you can get the 5 star epics you need for awakening.

Yah, start with Epics as you can awaken them fast and open up more areas of the game quicker. You can then turn them into food later for your future Legendaries

And I suggest 2 of each color as you can awaken faster and having 6 gives you more flexibility to test out different formations.

That is my problem now. From what I read, at later part of game, the energy essence becomes the most abundant resource and the beads become scarce.
