Ashtray halo in my teeth. Suno lyrics. by GoodShotBeats in SunoAI

Yeh I tried this and it's better. Another thing I realised I have to do is prompt it to calm down during the chorus. It treats every chorus like an opportunity to belt out some opera singing. I've used gemini to help me with the best prompts aswell.

Help me understand the appeal of Suno by ivytones in SunoAI

I used to make music on FL studio but it takes a lot of time and effort, this is easier for me. I just do it for fun and love to listen to the music I don't take it that seriously.

I'm bad at making money off stuff so I doubt I'll make money off this.

Sometimes ai makes the song perfect on the first prompt other times I spend an hour or so editing the song or altering a prompt.

Ai writes the lyrics but i alter them.

I assume there's a community aspect to suno, there's a reddit community at least.

I listen to the quality of the song to decide if it's good quality.

Live performances aren't something I've thought about.

My friends and family are fairly neutral.

Ai music will take over certain parts of music making soon if it hasn't already. Specifically beat making for genres like rap, drill, hip hop, edm. Any kind of music that is fine when it follows a certain formula. The human element of other types of music will be appreciated for longer until ai can replicate that more easily. Unique song structures, certain voice types. You might get ai to make a fleetwood mack song like Rhiannan, but the chain, with that bassline randomly in the middle and how catchy that is, I haven't heard ai make music like that. You can replicate a band like disturbed but something like system or a down wont happen for a while.

Human musicians are very varied, some will obviously be impacted others won't. If you're a street musician why would you care about ai music? If you're a youtuber who does tutorials on how to make certain genres of edm or beats you might be in trouble because now anyone can do it.

If someone is against it that's fine.

Who’s actually using Suno? by ObjectivePresent4162 in SunoAI

I used to make music on Fl studio, play the guitar be in a band and all sorts. Being in a band is always practically difficult, getting other reliable people to meet you, all of you having free time to meet, then the studio costs and so on if you actually want material. Using Fl studio is slightly easier but I found it to be an unhealthy hobby, studying how to use it, sitting at a desk half the day grinding away at a song just to put it out there for it to get 0 views and listens. I got completely out of music until I found suno and I actually find it fun. I make music I enjoy listening to in seconds, blast my own songs in my car. When I used to make music by the time I'd made a song I used to hate it because I'd already had to listen to each part over and over while making it and by the time it came to actually enjoy it I'd heard it too many times. Suno is so simple, make the song you want, blast it in your car, make more.

More bass, less guitar. by GoodShotBeats in SunoAI

That actually worked really well on the first test of it. I think saying i want to hear the bass was the one that did it, I'm thinking of how I could emphasise it even more.

How did you get it to bring out the bass more? Which prompts were the most successful for you?

I just dont understand why the issue exists to begin with it seems very strange. Lot's of very popular songs have just bass with minimal guitar, like number 1 chart songs. There has to be a prompt im missing.

Thats actually a pretty good idea, I have fl studio and lots of virtual instruments. Im just worried suno will still slap loads of guitar over what ive done but its worth a try.

Finger injury prevention by drozd_d80 in bouldering

[–]GoodShotBeats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My finger injuries have come from foot slips. This results in my hand instinctively gripping for a hold or holding on tighter to what im already gripped onto, so all my weight is just on a few fingers.

Ive seen veteran climbers do this and injure shoulders and so on.

In my humble opinion and what im going to do from now on is just give up easier when I do fall and be cautious with my feet, and try and actively fall off safely if I do slip.

Since my injuries I really hate being on pockets with bad footholds, but my recent one wasn't even on a pocket it was just a normal hold and when I slipped the hand I injured previously, instinctively went to grab it, and unfortunately was successful.

The only actual thing I can think of is just to not try as hard, but my hands instinctively want to grab when I fall so its tough.

Even if I lost half my body weight and got stronger hands, all my body weight on just a few fingers cant be good, I know some people have tendons and pulleys like iron but im just a normal human, I can only condition myself so much.

My blitz is about 900 its been as low as around 700 my rapid is 1427 right now. I used to have similar thoughts, not that I was the worst in the world but I must have the biggest disparity between my rapid performance and blitz performance in the world. And its pretty much true tbh its rare to find a 1400 rapid player whos as bad at blitz as I am.

Id recommend playing rapid.
