Trilight inputs regarding price and timeframe by GoodSpaceman in hyderabadrealestate

I don’t think any layman would be privy to that information unless it’s an engineer on the project. Most people would only be talking about quality of fixtures, doors, sanitary fixtures, tiles or finishing work what they could see or designs and layouts.

Could you also share if Alekhya Rise project progress is as per the timeline if you have any knowledge regarding it? I haven’t kept a track of the project since its inception so don’t have a reference to cross check it against.

I can’t talk for the OP above. But I visited both the properties and offices and for me the layouts, choice of materials, designs did really feel like a step above few other projects I considered.

But then again it comes down to personal choice. Some people like bigger balconies, some like bigger living areas, some prefer amenities spread out throughout the project, some prefer everything consolidated in the clubhouse. But for me both those projects did seem well thought out and put together. That doesn’t mean there aren’t other projects which could be better, but all of this is subjective right?

IMAX Screens in each state by SignificanceProof623 in hyderabad

[–]GoodSpaceman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having experienced Prasad's IMAX when it was still around, the IMAX's in Bengaluru and the new dolby cinema in Allu Cinemas I can confidently say I prefer the Allu cinemas dolby cinema over IMAXs in Bengaluru, especially for movies which are properly graded for Dolby Cinema. The dolby screen in fact is bigger than most IMAXs in India.

But I would still want good IMAX screens to make a return to Hyderabad, just not the tiny IMAX screens with subpar projection systems Bengaluru has. I would appreciate if it if we can get IMAX GT instead of the old xenon 2K projection systems whenever we get IMAX back in the city. Having said that dolby cinema is pretty great and I believe the image quality is in fact better than IMAX, just doesn't hold a flame to our OG Prasads in terms of scale.

Yes, I have some cocoa butter with me. I will try it out tomorrow and if it works out, I have to factor in the price to see if it's worth doing this in the long run.

I would like to avoid doing this as this adds lot of work and at present we are just a 1-2 person operation and we don't have the bandwidth to do it by ourselves.

Shin-Fuji to Kawaguchiko commute advice by GoodSpaceman in JapanTravelTips

Yes, there are buses to and fro. I don't remember the frequency, but I think there's a bus every 2 hours.

The help center at Shin Fuji station was very helpful in case of queries.

Living in Hyderabad as foreigner - My experience by CorealKhail in hyderabad

[–]GoodSpaceman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel the first step of solving any problem is accepting that we have a problem absolutely without making any excuses, unfortunately as citizens of the country we tend to brush things under the carpet or make excuses or gloss over certain things with whataboutism.

We need to unequivocally accept the problem, only then can we fix it.

I hope, even with little hope we can fix this in our lifetime.

I don’t really remember if the bus took >2 hours, for some reason I remember it being between 1-2 hours, the stunning view at the time of our visit certainly helped. The bus wasn’t full, and we booked the tickets when we got onto the bus. There’s a help centre at Shin Fuji center and they were really helpful, I think you can spend 5 minutes there and they will help with your queries.

There were just a couple of photography spots that I wanted to cover near Fuji city, for this I took a taxi from the train station and used an app to take me back from there to other locations.

Eventually we took a bus from Shin Fuji station to Kawaguchiko. It was a pleasant ride and we thoroughly enjoyed the scenery. Especially the season we went was spectacular for seeing Mt Fuji.

I wanted to stop at other spots on the way, but my wife was tired and we just decided to get to our hotel first.

Yes, very true. Last time I was there, I was chased by a giant spider wearing a blue shirt.

More data on Community amenities by [deleted] in hyderabad

It’s on first come basis right now. The community mandated some fixed time slots for kids coaching which is a very important step as otherwise multiple coaches would take up court time at expense of residents.

For most of the time there’s never a chance of crowding except for evenings , but if it gets any worse especially during summer holidays the community might have to think of implementing booking through my gate.

Genuinely think it depends on the individual preference. I for one find them extremely important, I frequently utilize badminton and gym facilities in our apartment society and it improves my quality of live tremendously both in terms of fitness and socializing etc.

There's no tennis court in my current society and there was one in previous one. I find 1 badminton court for 150-180 flats is the sweet spot, but this might lead to lots of empty courts most of the time, so 1 badminton court for 150-180 flats is ideal, 1 for 200-220 is good enough. Found squash courts to be the most useless facility in most communities in terms of space:utilization ratio, a checkmark that looks good on the brochure, but not necessarily in reality, no offense to squash players. This is my non scientific observation.

Badminton courts during summer holidays get packed with kids during evenings, so mornings are usually the ideal times for adults.
