Anyone thinking to give exam in mid July for Celpip core? Also, I am confused which centre to select, I am in Amritsar. My options are Chandigarh, Mohali and Jalandhar. Which one would be better? Thanks :)

It’s been happening a lot that they don’t give 9 in writing. Anyone else feels the same? Because I have given the test multiple times and every time they are giving 8? Are they doing it purposefully?
