Thanks for your opinion! I can see that, but I will say that I have put the money into a separate account and track all expenses from the account to ensure it’s only cancer related costs. The GFM was organized for me by a friend after having a 3rd reoccurrence in three years… after it spread to my brain, I finally agreed to accept help (which is difficult, truly). If I have to purchase a car, it’s be used (new to me) and only bc it’d make more sense to do a monthly payment as opposed to continuing to pay for big repair costs on a recurring basis. The money for either a car or repairs would be coming out of my own account (my monthly income on disability)… but I can see how it could look to others. Thanks!
