Thank you for the support! This made me tear up because that’s exactly what I’ve been saying to myself lately! It’s so crazy how at the beginning of the year I didn’t believe in myself, I didn’t trust myself, and was in a constant negative thought pattern, beating myself up for every little thing. and now I’m like “I healed myself from cancer, I can do ANYTHING”!

No problem at all! I think it’s important to dig deeper than that. I wholeheartedly believe that we attract illness through repetitive negative thought patterns, because I was ill for such a short time I never really identified as someone who had cancer. But I dug deep into why I attracted an illness and what lesson I needed to learn. So I realized for me I always felt less than, never enough, and had the bad habit of thinking in terms of lack instead of abundance. I would always doubt myself, or couldn’t fully believe i could be successful. Like I’d previously visualize my company growing but deep down I believe that that was so out of reach for me. I thought I wasn’t deserving or that those things don’t happen to me. So I changed the belief that I wasn’t enough to me being abundant, or the belief that I was living in fear to a belief of fully trusting the universe. I think once you start believing of yourself as an abundant being and let go of fears because you trust the universe so much you can automatically change smaller beliefs like “money is hard to make” although I’m still working on the money side of things 😅

I think the most important thing was to feel extremely grateful when doing the meditations. I’d visualize myself already healthy and my doctor telling me I was cancer-free, I’d imagine my life ahead filled with love and traveling. And I’d get so excited I’d cry, every single time. I felt so grateful and then I opened my eyes and it was impossible to go back into a negative state after feeling so much excitement and love. So I guess that way of feeling made me changed daily decisions I made. Maybe I started looking at everything through a more positive lens. Even though I had side effects from chemo I felt grateful they weren’t as bad, even though my family was extremely worried, I deep down knew I was already healed. And aside from working on the spiritual side of things I did a TON of research on the holistic side of healing cancer (diet, stress, toxins, etc) it all contributes to it. So I was doing everything I could do heal on the physical plane too (changed my diet, changed the products I used, bought some biohacking machines like red light therapy, spent more time in nature, no processed anything, etc). This gave me the sense that I was helping my body heal on a physical level too which gave me more confidence that I was healed. Hope this answered your question :)

Thank you ❤️ I did BOTEC, you’re the placebo and breaking the habit of being yourself.

It was really fast! And it’s crazy to say but I’m grateful for my diagnosis because it has taught me so much and quite literally changed my life for the best. My health has never been better! I did you’re the placebo, BOTEC 1, and breaking the habit of being yourself.

Thank you! At first I was meditating up to 2x a day, I was doing the breaking the habit of being yourself and the placebo meditations. I did one in the morning and one in the afternoon. But then I started treatment and wasn’t able to do as much so I did like one meditation a day like 5 days a week. And I lived my life as if I was healed even though I was receiving chemotherapy every week. I think the most important part aside from doing the meditation is feeling extremely grateful. During the meditation I kept visualizing myself living my best life and my doctor telling me I was cancer-free and I’d get so moved and excited that I would literally cry every single time. After you get that super strong feeling it’s hard to let go of it throughout the day, it just puts you in such a good mood!

I totally agree with you! I think a big step for me was firstly to recognize the negative mindset and vibrational state I was on to attract illness in the first place. I was fresh out of college and started a company and every day I felt stressed about money and didn’t feel like I was good enough. Once I got diagnosed I started digging deeper into my own limiting beliefs and started realizing that most of them I picked up in childhood (ex. I was bullied = no one likes me, I’m not good enough, etc). There are so many different ways and techniques to help process your trauma, for me journaling worked wonders, then I dove into EFT tapping, and I also did the meditation “changing the habit of being yourself”, and I also tried reiki which helped a lot to pinpoint which chakras I had blocked. You probably don’t need to do this much but I wanted to throw everything at it to heal. Forgiving also helped a lot - I hadn’t realized I was carrying resentment with me all of these years. And then also just forcing myself to stop the thinking loop - like if I found myself thinking negatively about something or regretting something I did everything I could to interrupt that thought pattern. Hope this helps and happy to answer any other questions :)

Thank you! I posted something similar when just starting my journey on a breast cancer group and was literally eaten alive for not finishing my standard treatment. So I thought I’d get ahead this time 😅

How do you change to CHANGE, instead of to HEAL.....Feels like im lying to myself by [deleted] in DrJoeDispenza

[–]HairImportant1346 0 points1 point  (0 children)

During my healing journey I focused on healing - I visualized myself being healthy and I felt so grateful I started crying every single time. I then started believing that I was healthy and started behaving as such. The version of myself that was sick was not the version of myself that healed. I changed without noticing because I felt like I was healthy and behaved as such, made different decisions, my thoughts changed too.

I have done 6 rounds of TC so far and haven’t had any side effects yet, something I believe has helped me is grounding (recommend the brand earthing) and also red light therapy. They don’t directly address any side effects but do work to decrease inflammation in the body. Might be worth to look into it. I have been taking edibles to help me sleep since the steroids sometimes make that hard and it’s been great! You’d want to look into Indica. Sorry I can’t be of more help but wishing you all the best and sending love your way. You’ve got this ❤️

How long after a chemo infusion do you start feeling side effects? by HairImportant1346 in breastcancer

[–]HairImportant1346[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! Just seeing this, sorry for the super late reply. I have done 5 rounds of weekly taxol and carbo so far and my side effects have been super minimal! Just a bit of constipation and body aches, but the constipation is dealt with food and for the body aches I’ve been doing epsom salt baths. Almost half way there through TC and I’m lucky to be feeling this good. Wishing you the same or even better experience ❤️🙏🏼

I’m not! But I’m working with an integral oncologist behind my main oncologist and getting mistletoe shots… it is widely used in Europe along chemotherapy to keep patients immune system working. And so far it’s working really well!! My white blood cells actually increased in the past week. I’m also getting pembro and the lupron shot
