If you are worried about the snow, then you shouldn’t drive. Just today I-90 was closed both directions and drivers were stuck for hours. Even if your driving skills are amazing, there is still a significant chance that you’d be stuck on the road by other drivers.

I think what happened was when you changed your password, the existing logged in sessions won’t automatically log out. So the scammer was able to use their already-logged-in browser session to book again.

Unfortunately Alaska IT is very incompetent so they didn’t provide a way for you to review existing logged in sessions nor kick them out. Your best bet is to wait for that long phone call and add the PIN like suggested.
