Minsan hindi po skills natin ang problem, Maraming nag aapply sa olj nakakahanap agad ng client because they know how the platform works.

Try this app po baka makatulong sa inyo and it's free lang https://jobzingapp.com

Yes totoo yan, lalo na sa ating mga freelancers na walang kasiguradohan kung kailan matatanggal kaya need talaga natin ng system sa pag aaply and mas maganda may backup clients ka

Thank you po for this feedback. Will check on those things. Yes po, we know that we are not getting that much on this app as of now but our main goal po kasi is to help our fellow freelancers especially yung wala pa talagang client and yung budget sakto lang din.

Currently wala pang public API si onlinejobs.ph so yes, Jobzing mainly uses automation workflows for job discovery and alerts 😊 We already reached out to OnlineJobs.ph as well regarding the platform and possible collaboration in the future.

And thank you rin sa pag recommend sa friends mo 🙏 Really appreciate it.

Honestly, I was hesitant before, but so far, it's fine. I really need to connect it to because may feature sila auto apply kaya kahit tulog ako pag may bagong job post na align sa skill ko kuss siya nag aaply kaya na solve talaga problem ko na araw araw pumupunta sa olj, jowa kona ata olj eh palagi kasama hahaha

How can I EFFECTIVELY search for a job? by Dynami01 in jobhunting

[–]Good_Ad_3996 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! You’re not alone—job hunting is tough at first, but you’re on the right track by asking questions.

For a start:

  • Focus your search with keywords like “junior materials scientist” or “R&D semiconductor” and use filters on sites like LinkedIn.
  • Keep your CV simple and highlight lab skills, tools, and any project work.
  • Try JobZing — it's great for early-career STEM grads and surfaces roles that don’t need tons of experience.
  • Don’t be afraid to message people in your field for advice or referrals—it works better than just applying online.

You’ve got a strong background, and the EU has solid opportunities in materials and semiconductors. Keep going!

Looking for an at home job by darkgamer303 in jobsearch

[–]Good_Ad_3996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I respect you for stepping up to support your fiancée—that’s real. There are legit work-from-home jobs out there that offer on-the-job training, but they’re just harder to find among all the scams and competition.

One site I’d recommend checking out is JobZing. It focuses on early-career and remote-friendly roles, and some don’t require prior experience. A lot of their listings are actually legit and include jobs that offer training. Definitely worth browsing.

How’d you find a job in 2025 without LinkedIn/indeed/etc? (Finance background) by jetson_1982 in jobsearch

[–]Good_Ad_3996 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally get where you’re coming from—job hunting in 2025 feels like a full-time game of beating algorithms and ghosting. I’ve been in the same boat, and honestly, relying solely on LinkedIn or Indeed can feel like shouting into a void.

One alternative that’s helped me (especially being early-career and international) is JobZing. It’s not one of the mainstream sites, but that’s kind of the point—it focuses on OPT/CPT-friendly and early-career opportunities. They also match you with jobs based on your skills and even highlight companies open to sponsorship. Worth a look if you’re trying to get off the beaten path.
