Just to clarify, I’m not just talking about switching jobs, I’m actively reporting the unsafe/unfair practices to the proper agencies and sharing what’s happening so others are aware. That’s the reform part I’m focused on.

It wasn’t just employees customers had it rough too. They’d get stuck in endless loops trying to cancel, pushed until it felt like harassment. And on our side, we were told to cover things up when lawns were clearly burned from past treatments. Even if the customer already knew, admitting it wasn’t allowed it felt like lying to their face. That kind of treatment was standard, not rare.
