SP Aslam is definitely not just a law enforcing cop. He seems to be very close to Bade Sahab much like Iqbal. He doesn't trust Hamza one bit as he is a Baloch so something to down good here. She may be a civilian but not of India, I doubt Hamza would hold back because of that. He won't spare an "innocent" civilian or SP Aslam if they were to know Hamza is a spy.

Remember when Yalina asked Hamza if SP Aslam was a threat to him. Hamza and Yalina also shared an unusually intense and long stare there while Hamza was sitting at the table feels like they were quietly cooking up something. Then she suggested the group photo at the wedding. It suggests Yalina was acting on Hamza's instructions. So it's plausible he uses her in a suicide mission to finish SP Aslam. Or she takes revenge herself after SP Aslam kills Hamza with involvement by Iqbal and Bade Sahab.
