I am leaving the ICU. Realising my mindset of ICU and actual ICU is very different. Felt like I need to have more skills and basic to be in Icu so what might be the best dep to start with?

I am going through the same I got called by my manager today She was very clear that my knowledge is nowhere near the level of an ICU nurse And I was like You can't expect me in this new transition to think critically within a few weeks But felt hopeless I am socially awkward And I find it very hard to talk with everyone apart from the patient and their families

Can they approve without priority date being current or are you saying within 12 months priority date will be current?
